7. White-label your portal

Put your agency's name, logo and colour on the client portal, for every client or for one at a time.

Your clients deal with your agency, not with the software you run it on, so the portal wears your brand.

For every client: Settings → Customer portal

Under Address and branding:

  • Portal address: the first part of every portal address you hand out. Letters, numbers and dashes. If you change it, the old address keeps working and redirects, so links you've already sent don't break.
  • Portal name: what clients see in the header and the browser tab. It defaults to your workspace name.
  • Accent colour: a hex colour such as #0f766e.
  • Logo: a JPEG, PNG or WebP image. It's shown on the login page and on any client portal that hasn't uploaded its own.

For one client: the service desk's Customer portal tab

On a service desk project, Settings → Customer portal → Branding & URL lets you override the name, logo and accent colour for that client alone, and change the client's own part of the address (Organisation portal slug). Anything you leave empty falls back to the workspace settings above.

Where the branding appears

  • The portal header, the browser tab title and the browser tab icon (your logo).
  • The sign-in and "continue sign in" pages.
  • The portal's error pages.
  • The subject and body of emails to your clients, such as sign-in links and approval requests.

Quotes and documents

Quotes, proposals and other documents you send use Settings → Brand (colours, fonts, footer and the name emails come from) and the company details in Settings → General.
